A high pulp horn almost reaching the occlusal, combined with a constant grinder, created the perfect storm for this tooth. Pulpal necrosis with symptomatic apical periodontitis (PN/SAP), treated with GentleWave® G4 with ProControl™, Brasseler® BC Sealer™, and VOCO® core build-up resin. Super thankful I can clean cases like this, where files have no chance to negotiate. The sealer puff was the icing on the cake for this rootie after vertical condensation.
